I powered up the laser and got cutting. Turned into pure punishment getting all of the small letters separated and sorted into small envelopes so they wouldn't get mixed up, but I got there in the end. Next I need to sort out what I am going to mount them to. I have choice between making the extruding parts with each side mounted separately, or make it as one piece that will go across the face. The second method would be stronger. Which ever way I decide to do, it is going to be heavy.
